We’re happy to answer questions about software built by the Gale Hammell Lab. Please submit these questions through their corresponding Github pages, where many previously answered questions are also posted. These are generally posted in the “Issues” section of each specific software package (linked below).
Postdoctoral fellows
Immediate openings are available for postdoctoral fellows interested in training in the Hammell Lab. Individuals should be highly motivated, able to work independently and as part of a larger team, with excellent communication skills and experience working with next generation sequencing datasets. Graduate Students
